HOW IT WORKS: FAQs
Who is charged for the screening?
You will be invited to pay for the screening with a credit/debit card at the end of the process. Please have your ID, SSN, landlord email and payment method ready before you begin.
Do I have to pay twice?
The Master Association of MetroWest (MWMA) has mandated that all MetroWest residents must be screened by their individual community, in addition to whatever screening your property manager or owner may have already done. Please contact MWMA directly with any concerns about this policy.
How long does it take to get results?
It depends which background check is selected. Annual re-screening and basic online check results are usually made available the same day. A full background with prior residency checks & current employment will take longer, depending on the accuracy of information provided, and the speed with which your references respond. We can usually complete this process within 48-72 hours.
Who receives the report?
The report may be shared with those noted on your consent form. During the application process, you will be asked to provide the email address of you your property manager or owner. For the Azur Association, use:
